I just don't think that can be right. If you could do that, then plenty of teams would have done it at the end of games to avoid the end of the game. You shouldn't be able to circumvent an automatic runoff with a timeout. The runoff would come before the timeout. Not vice versa.

The run game was working if we would have just stuck with it early. Now playing from behind we have to start airing it out. This is starting to suck, especially since we cant stop a 3-7 yard pass.

This season, when the offense goes through Murray, we do well.

When it goes through Romo, it's always hit and miss. It's been this way for 8 years.

It's mind boggling how many times Pro and College teams get a "bye" and come out looking like complete and total hot garbage the next week. Has to be mental as they're usually better off physically after not playing the prior week. We will play and look better the second half. Will it be enough? Who knows, but not being ready to play this game is just more of the same from this crew and staff. They've done this for years. Eagles blew out their crappy opponent today and will be fresh in a few days. We have to empty the tank for these turds and won't be fresh at all in a few days. Great huh?
