Dez is no Michael Irvin. That is certainly clear. They both may be passionate, but Michael had a way of taking it to another level. Not sure Dez has that level.

I don't care how many sacks Hardy gets or doesn't get. I give him mad props because he would be playing DE exclusively on most teams. The guy is really too small for DT....it's not his fault we have no run stuffers at DT this year, and it's not his fault that our other DEs are so small, we force him inside. Stats be damned...he gives the effort every play.

He played DT quite a bit for Carolina too. His versatility is one of his biggest strengths. I guarantee you that ability is one of the reasons the Cowboys really wanted him.
