Flashes his athletic ability every so often but he's the antithesis of consistency.

He played DT quite a bit for Carolina too. His versatility is one of his biggest strengths. I guarantee you that ability is one of the reasons the Cowboys really wanted him.

And haven't figured out his full potential yet.
