I came away from the preseason worried about the defense.

My fears are justified.

It seems like we can't stop anyone. If the freakin 49ers can move the ball against you, then good teams certainly will.

Very disappointed in the defense.

I half-expected our offense to have a poor day.

He's not calling the stupid plays. They need to open up the playbook and let him throw the ball. These little dink and dunk passes sandwiched between 2 or 3 runs isn't cutting it.

Our defense is too vanilla. We have that bend but dont break style, and it will cost us some games this year.

Really. We rush our 3 linemen and one OLB. Every time. That's it.
