I kept wondering how people were proclaiming how good our defense was after watching during the preseason.

I felt that we had a hard time really shutting anyone down.

Our offense holding the ball had more to do with our success than anything else.

This is embarassing.

Really! Even though we've changed personnel countless times (as well as the entire system) over the last four, five or even six years, we STILL see the same defense. Play hard initially, blitz a lot and then, when we need the pressure most, completely stop trying to pressure the QB and instead, play conservative and try to prevent the 'big play'.

I really do wish the NFL would get a grip on the refs and make the games even. I don't care if they don't call an offensive PI on the jags, but don't call it on Witten when that play happens 90 times a week in the NFL.
