Good grief. Now I can clearly see that the way this offense is designed, if you don't have escapability as a QB, you won't survive in this offense.

It's not about escapability it's about decision making. Matt Cassel is terrible. There isn't a single attribute a NFL QB should have that he possesses. I mean what is his strength? What does he do well? Nothing. He's a waste of space and they keep forcing him out there.
