Its definitely a problem at the top for sure. We both know though the owner isnt firing himself.

No GM would ever get the kind of leash Jones has and we all can agree on that.

My thought is with that said, Garrett would essentially get a life long pass then because its the gm and the players fault.

The head coach has to take responsibility at some point and when you have never even been to a championship game, 9 seasons in you cant have a team playing this poorly and absolve yourself of any blame.
