They do that way too much and it cost them about every time.
I hate this defense and scheme.

Yep, the same stunt, every 3rd down. Predictable, so becomes easy to block and for the QB to exploit.

The defensive scheme is just basic and vanilla, because there's no deception. We're letting this young QB not to have to think pre-snap. That's just a stupid strategy altogether, and puts the back 7 in a precarious position when the QB KNOWS what's coming (man, zone, etc.). Rest is not going to save this defense, it's just not built for 3-and-outs and field position. It's built to give up yards, just not TDs.

So, expect shootouts the rest of the way, unless the BBDB has a fortuitous game and forces FGs. For shootouts, we need Dak (not Zeke).
