Not as hard to fix as you think.

1) Hire new DC and new defensive staff
2) Sign/trade for/spend a high draft pick on a Safety.
3) Sign/trade for/spend a high draft pick on a Defensive Tackle.
4) If you lose Byron Jones, sign/trade for/spend a high draft pick on a Cornerback.
5) Re-sign Robert Quinn.

For example:
1) Hire Gus Bradley as DC.
2) Sign Broncos free agent safety Justin Simmons.
3) Draft Auburn defensive tackle Derrick Brown.
4) Sign Byron Jones to a long-term deal.
5) Sign Robert Quinn to a 2-year extension.
