That 7 is on our coaches. How the hell can you match lil A. Glenn on BIG RW 1-on-1 near the goalline w/ under 10 sec. left in the half? Absolutely rediculous!

Newman looked like an idiot on that punt. He's the reason. Also before the TD play they tackled like they could care less whether the runner got a first down Getting the first down allowed a shot at the endzone instead of another FG attempt.

Nope it's 90% on the players. But they should try to avoid that matchup in the future.

Just a note - Steven Jackson over 2200 all purpose yards

hey here's a note

our OL couldnt block its way out of a wet paper bag...they cant open holes vs teams that have been awful stopping the run, and they are doing just as bad today

Jackson would have the same stats out guys have, if that

20 points at halftime and the Lions are 2-13.

Hard pill to swallow...:(

At least none of you live in Detroit like me. I sure hope that Dallas wins.

Roy Williams is 6'4".

Look, I'm a casual fan and don't consider myself prepared to run a NFL team, but I'm smart enough not to put a cornerback with a 7-8" deficiency against a taller receiver.

Common sense at halftime?

lol looks like ur wrong hes 6'2

Because that's exactly what I said.

Get real.

no but what i said is the truth.

hes been in on one play this game, it happened to not count...hes made two costly errors.

Yay. The first of what I foresee as many stupid cut Roy threads coming up.

What exactly would weighing 220 pounds done there - eh, Mr. Wizard?

Just saw the replay.

RW pushed off of Aaron Glenn so bad that it's not even funny.

We are getting killed by the refs today. We're not playing well no doubt, but we are getting jobbed.

I don't care how great Newman has been playing this season, he needs to go in that locker room right now and apologize to all of his teammates for costing them the lead before the half. This is necessary especially after the comments he made last week.

Glenn gives up 2 touch downs, hey Parcells, put the talking Newman on Roy Williams, or at least Anthony Henry.

Nah, let him eat 2 biscuits and let him play close to the line where he should have been playing since we drafted him.

That's where he played in college and our "wise" coaches decide to move him back further.

Stephen Jackson is a FAR better back than Julius Jones........don't even GO there. It's not debatable.

If Newman doesn't muff the punt, we go right down the field and either score a touch down or a field goal, or at the very least, we don't give up a score.

first off, they could have probably flagged the Lion guy for interference

second, they didnt get the ball on the 1yd line...they had to go 40 or so yds...we had them 3rd and almost 10, let them RUN for a first down...then with no timeouts and 8 seconds, they throw an uncontested TD

awful freaking coahcing this team has...just awful

also, why did relic coach let so much time run off the clock after we forced them to punt?

David

how do you leave Roy Williams in single coverage on the last play. you know they have to throw in the end zone and who do you think it is going to? duh
