Our defense made him look Pro Bowl today.....probably his best game.

Have to admit spiking the ball confused me, they could have run a lay and only lost seconds. Playoff coaching was the difference, defense not ready in first half, offense not sticking to the run and getting cute which this team has a penchant for doing.

I just didn't understand it at all. I mean you're in FG range, just run a play at that point. You've got a timeout. When you are in that situation you try to go for the TD but if you don't you play for the FG and let that clock run all the way down to where the other team only has a few seconds left. Not 35 seconds. We all understand that except Garrett.

We have a cheap franchise quarterback, now is the time to spend that money on DEFENSE. Jesus, we need some big time rushers, we need Smith, and we need a play maker in the secondary.

I'm encouraged despite the lose. We will be back. However, we have to get a D-Line. Collins and Irving(poor game today) are the only ones I would keep.

I thought Irving played well given the double teams he was seeing. When you have one guy being doubled, the guy on the opposite end needs to take full advantage of it. Unfortunately, Lawrence decided to start playing with under 2 minutes left in the game.

You should win a game when you score 31 points. Everyone knew the defense was an issue at the beginning of the year and it was this teams undoing. Let's hope Jerruh does something good about it.
