Again, know the rules. When the play clock hits zero, officials give a second grace period to check the clock and then check back to the snap to see if it's started or not. So it's always a second off when the clock hits zero.

Not last week... the INSTANT it hit zero we got flagged. It is inconsistent, to my eyes anyway.
