Despite what the Kool-aid drinkers here believe, Romo merely has an adequate arm - certainly not a plus arm. When you combine that with his decision-making, it is a recipe for disaster.

Yeah, thanks. You can kinda-sorta make the not-enough-evidence ruling, but it shouldn't have been ruled an int. in the first place.
