1st and 10 - Romo playaction passes to Fasano underneath and Fasano carries a defender for 5.

You have to keep the reciever from catching the ball by touching them for it to be pass interference. Madden and them where assuming he touched Key before he touched the ball .... which he did not.

Madden was wrong it would not have been a PI interferece due to the fact he never looked for the ball, it would have been Face Shielding or Guarding
