yes but the problem is people don't use it or they circumvent it.

Well, maybe it's not that serious since we're all adults. The few kids here for sure hear more foul language at school. This isn't the convent. I've been MANY forums, and this is the only one you'd think is ran by the clergy. Lighten up

The biggest obstacle to sustained success still remains player acquisition, and the man responsible for picking the players.

That being said, I'm done with this coaching staff. Not innovative, scared decision making, and not a tough, nasty disposition which trickles down to the players. The players take the personality of the head coach, our guy is a jag. Team is soft. Embarrassed by the score today, but more embarrassed by the total *** whopping delivered by the Panthers. Cowboys were out everything-ed today, but the difference in physicality was stark. That falls on the coach. Very disappointing.

Today's Special Garrett Clap Award goes to his "gutsy" decision to kick a FG on 4th and 3 inside the red zone, down 20 points halfway through the third quarter. Carolina is dominating all day, Garrett's team is 3-7 playing for their season, but Garrett hands Carolina a moral victory and the ball back by settling to be down 3 scores (which he'd be anyway if they failed to make the 4th down).

What a gutless, brainless, ballsless excuse of a coach.

I'm replying to my own post to amplify how stupid Garrett's decision was there.

A quarter and a half left down 23-3, do you:

Go for 4th and 3 at the 20?

If yes and you make it you have an excellent chance to wind up with a TD and cut the lead to 13 and have all the momentum and new life.

If yes and you do not make it, you are down 20 with a quarter and a half to go, needing 3 scores to WIN. Settle for a FG and you need 3 scores to TIE, the only difference is you need a FG on one of the scores instead of a TD. But keep in mind one TD that you need is 20 yards away at the moment of decision, not starting from scratch in your own territory later on. Add to that a FG gives the ball back guaranteed to Carolina who will drain a minimum of 3 more minutes of the clock while you still need 3 scores either way. Then add the intangibles of a 3-7 team on the brink of season elimination who is supposedly led by a guy who gives out "Fight" Tshirts like candy.

The tissue surrounding the clavicle isn't structural. The bone was either healed or not, tissue had nothing to do with it really.

No, it's not structural, but it does help hold the bone stationary when outside force is applied. It's not a floating bone, but it does gain stability by the muscles and tissue surrounding it. If Romo had a break and surgery within eight weeks, that is a lot of trauma to that area.

Been like this through 2 different coaches. It's cultural. The guy upstairs picking these coaches has to let a football czar loose in here again. Unfortunately we are probably years away from that happening again.

I'm not buying this for a second. You don't go 0-7 just because you lost a QB. Teams win with backup QBs every week.

you better believe it. 0-7 was on Garrett's offense and also Rod Marinelli. These 2 geniuses couldnt find a way to win 2 games during that stretch. This team's coaching staff (and management) is so pathetic. They really are.
This team isn't the Chargers, Lions, Bucs, Vikings, Bills, etc. This is the Dallas Cowboys we're talking about.
And having all these clowns on the staff is a disgrace.

Every little bit helps in that situation, don't you think?

Are you a medical professional too? I am not asking out of disrespect. Just asking because it's nice to meet other people who've worked/work in that field. I worked the ER for a while but stopped all that years ago to write professionally and finish school.
