that is the rule I believe, if a review when clock is running, it's 10 second runoff. They chose 10 second run off instead of timeout

I was wondering that too.

You don't want to chase points. If you go for 2 and miss it you are chasing points. If they kick the field goal and get a stop and score a touchdown then you have the lead and you aren't chasing points.

It’s early. Being down 3 vs 4 points at this point of the game isn’t a huge deal. More points will be scored.

If the offense was humming, I would say go for 2 but not the way they been playing.
