Wade has GOT to go! Ive known it since he was hired, many of us have in fact. I think that honestly most of us were just kind of hoping we could win one in spite of Wade, not because of Wade. Not gonna happen. This has now become a laid back, uninspired, mistake prone team. They have taken on the image of their head coach. Every game, penalties , penalties, and more penalties. Im sorry, but THATS on the head coach. I also hear wayyyyyyy too much that its the fault of the team leaders. Just dont buy it. Think its a load of bunk. Feel that way because its the head coaches job to stay on top of the team leaders at all times. He motivates them, they motivate the rest of the team. Chain of command. Case in point, after Johnson and Switzer were gone we still had Emmitt, Aikman, Irvin, and many of the others but yet the team fell into complete disaray. Dont wait another day Jerry. As soon as you get back to Dallas fire that grinning hillbilly so this team can move on!

I never wanted to resign Flo I was ready to move on. Flo always played his best when he was proded by Parcells and the likes


Is it garrets fault or the attitude from Wade that has rubbed off on the players. You could have Blamed Jim Haslett as part of the problem for the Rams his unit was pretty bad he takes over team attitude change all parts of the team started playing better.
