Bach I am 1000% with you on Jerry Jones being the root of the problem. You are completley correct if anyone argues this point they don't understand the problems with this team.

The problem is, Dallas has no *** heart! No discipline and no chemistry. Our HC should be fired and held accountable for his lack of bringing this team together and lack of hardnose coaching. He's too relaxed and to laid back and his history is a clear indication. The only reason this guy was brought in was to be a pushover or even a lameduck coach. Everyone knows that Jerry runs that damn football team. With this much talent, the STAFF has to be held accountable.
