Cowboys Vs Saints ***Game Thread***

Ok, second half we need to get back to our running game. Julius is running really well and we need to get Barber some touches, period. Payton apparently knows how to rattle Romo . We need to control the clock and keep NO's O off the field. That of course, would require our defense to stop the Saints.

We get the ball first in the 2nd half...if we can get a td and run the ball down thier throats then we have a chance.
Another 3 plays and out and our defense will have to make a play to get us back in the game.

Our secondary looks lost sometimes.

Brees threw the ball behind the wr and Roy went to where the wr was going to instead of seeing the ball in the air. Wr stops to make the catch and Roy misses him.

NO's red-zone offense is killing us.

The whole role player #44 getting 2 td's was a product of being out-coached.

I get the feeling the only play we suprised thier offense was the one sack we got.

After that it looked like practice for thier offense.

Brees has not been touched after that first series.

It also looks like Peyton is in our offense huddle.

Romo is not seeing anything open and it is making him hesitant.

First drive in the second half should tell us if we have a chance or not.

I think we should have made some changes for this game and not relied on our talent just beating them.

They know what we are doing it seems.

The o-line is playing terrible. Just run the ball Bill, Tony is a sitting duck out there.

Also, Payton knows we can't cover tight ends and backs, so guess how they're killing us. Yep.

Well I'm with you. I really thought this would be a good game. We're not stopping them and Romo is not playing well. You can't give the number one offense in the league too many chances to score.

I don't know if we can still run the ball and win but I say they start the next half running then throwing. This team is horrible against the run.

Well, I thought that was the plan.

We run the ball, which sets up the pass, we control the clock in the process, keep our defense fresh, and keep the ball out of Brees' hands.

Let's see if we can make a comeback in the 2nd half.

In any case, I think this is going to turn out to be a very good learning experience for Romo.

Not always but sometimes I do agree with Madden. Where the hell is our running game. That does open up the pass.

Our game plan sucks right now. No pressure (as we did in the first couple of N.O. possessions ) and there doesn't seem to be a game plan.

There is Noooo rythem.

I think the gints game last week took alot of emotion out of this team .

Bad game , maybe , but there is alot of football left this year.

It's not pretty ,but it is OUR Boys.

Yep, we're getting beat. Yep, it's just one half. Yep, we're not getting enough pressure. Yep, we were kind of due for a bad game. Yep, we're getting outcoached. Yep, we're still a better team.

If we lose this thing, it's not the end of the world. It's just one game. And there's a full half left of football. But, yeah, hell yeah, the Cowboys are getting whipped.

We played horrible but there is no way this game is over. All the people with the, this team sucks blah blah don't know anyhting about football. Halftime adjustments are huge. It's only a 2 possession game. I have faith that the Cowboys come out and play much better. Also, how 'bout Barber getting at least a touch this half.
