If we struggle to run the ball, then Romo will have to carry the team again. He will have a long career in Dallas and play in some playoff games after this one, but I don't think he can carry the team right now.

Our D will get tired and will lay down in the second half. We lose 35-21.

because he usually does good when getting 20 or more carries and the offense stays more consistent
he hasn't gotten 20 carries since 11/19 vs the Colts though

he is the type of back that gets in a rhythm
I don't know why it is difficult for the coaches to realize that he isn't going to be that effective getting a carry every 4 plays

Seattle kind of plays like Dallas.....ticky tacky.

Depends which team shows up for both squads.

I just think Seattle follows the same game plan that every other team has deployed against Dallas the last five weeks, and that is attack our secondary.

They have the offensive line, QB, and WR's to easily exploit Dallas' secondary.

I feel the only way we win this game is if our secondary has a big day and finally plays smart, and our pass rush some how decides to show up.

And I don't see that happening.

That would be stunning, for sure.


Might as well get the career record graphic ready for Matt Hasselbeck. If this defense was to right its path, it should've taken out frustration on the Lions...but we all know what happened there.

The offense needs to put the pedal to metal right out of the chute some way somehow. We have the personell to do it.. this aint the QC lead outfit anymore. Yeah it wont matter if the Hags score of every posession regardless but if we can build a decent lead that will help the D at least somewhat.

The offense was really bad against the Eagles.. regardless of the defense the score was afterall only 16-7 after 3 quarters. TO and Glenn had final stat lines that you'd expect to have after a series or 2.. not through 4 quarters.

And the other day it was fairly disjointed too. If for no other reason than once again we had a poor 1st quarter.. more punts than 1st downs.
