Romo is still rusty; in my opinion I don't think that he has the confidence to throw the ball down field nor the confidence to throw the ball to a receiver who isn't wide open.

We need it badly until (hopefully) Romo knocks the rust off. He's still not seeing the field the way he used to.
I want to run it regardless.
