I hope I'm just seeing things, but it looks like Romo's throwing motion is a little different. A couple of those throws he didn't bring the ball back behind his ear - it almost looked like he was aiming it. When I did that pitching baseball, my coach would walk out to the mound and tell me immediately I was aiming the ball. (Aiming the ball is not good - your throwing motion needs to be natural both in football and baseball.)
