I just think the Cowboys are too slow. They showed no urgency once Bellicheck said he was interested in the Cowboy's job.

Which means Jerry just doesn't care. He wants another puppet that he can control. Thus Bellicheck isn't their guy.
They arent slow, Jerry has zero interest in hiring a HC who he has to give normal authority, power and control to. It is intentional.

He turned a money losing business into a business that makes over $3M every single day.

Think about that. $3,000,000 ($3 million) every single day of the year.

Does that sound like an idiot to you?
He is a businessman playing fantasy football with a real team. He may not be an idiot but he is a buffoon.

I don't believe this. I believe Jerry wanted Mike gone, didn't want to fire him and look ugly, so he just gave Mike an offer they knew he would not take.
The way the season began was the end of the road for Mike.
Jerry's had his eye on Kellen Moore for a while now and I believe he will be your next head coach.
Like I said last January, 2024 was a going to be a throwaway season because Jerry was just going to have Mike finish out his contract.
Now we are at step 2 of the morons plan where he is trying to hire another controllable weak yes man.

It's a shame because he could have just hired Quinn and given up a little bit of his control and he would have a winner for a while.
