Cowboys will fix the Texans Offense

Realistically, with all the injuries in the secondary, Houston should put points on the board.

The Texans defense is a problem not to be overlooked. They are the kind of defense that typically stymies the Cowboys offense. Their pass rush will give our OTs fits and Dak will be throwing some desperation passes.

This is pretty much what is going to happen. We’ve seen it all now for at least 20 years which just blows my mind. Houston’s offense will look like a well oiled machine and say what you want this defense is going to give out deer in the headlights Qb some major issues I figure. It’ll be something like 30-21. Texans can’t run the ball can’t pass the ball but this defense will make them look great. 1-3 coming up, you cannot win with defensive play this bad and it’s now year 3 of this mess. Ever since that packers game this team has been ruined.

All good points. But the bit about "Deer in the Headlights" has to be reserved for Mr. Dakota Prescott. Every darn time there is a big game, he comes out with those scary wide-open eyes, which tell everybody who sees them that this man would rather get a root canal without anesthesia than play in the game. Mr. Prescott is all hat and no cattle. He talks a great game and then he folds like a cheap umbrella. He has no game. I remember watching Staubach, he exuded confidence. The whole team knew that with 2 minutes left, Roger would deliver a win. Every fan in the stands knew it. The opposing team knew it. Heck, he would usually win by throwing the ball to the original 88, who always found a way to get open and never drop the ball.
Dak is being paid $60 mill a year and he is horrible when it counts

It's called a discussion forum for a reason, if you can't take the facts coming into a big game, then instead of whining about what the team faces, just look for all the bright and cheery posts. Another day, and anothe rmiserable spiraling out of control post from you. Nothing he stated was wrong, but it's not like the Texans are lighting it up either, so the game is far from a given.

Already building in the Dak excuses. Good stuff.
 
Our secondary is so bad right now that I don't think they could stop Southlake Carroll's passing attack.

Offense is going to have score every drive, and I'm talking TDs, and we have to hope for some luck with turnovers.

No game will be easy.

We are the elixir that fixes the Texans woeful offense.
Texans get their first win and both teams end up 1-3. Enjoying the season, yet? Are you confident that Schotty has the brains or cohones to change his “Let’s play not to lose” mentality?

Ironically their run defense has been bad. Of course when we run well we seem to stop for no apparent reason and pass anyway.

Now that is really nasty, as I have always been and will be a fan of the greatest sports franchise in history. I don't enjoy seeing this once-great franchise waltz through season after season of blatant mediocrity. But alas, your post implies that I must enjoy watching my team lose. I do not. But I am also smart enough to know that Jethro doesn't care about wins and losses; he only cares about revenue and profits. You are one of the sheep that accept what Jethro serves, and then you say "thank you, sir." Pardon me for wanting a competitive team representing this franchise. I am not enjoying this season because the product continues to be mediocre, at best. And it has been that way for 30 years. You want to shame me? Shame on you, Mrs. Jones for accepting this crap of a team. Enjoy your fandom, it is a rare thing.
