I still don't think it matters what happens, if we beat philly they don't really care they still get in either way. It's more so about us taking these games serious and putting up a great effort in each game, limiting penalties

I appreciate the positivity and everyone thinking they're still a shock it's such a long shot it's insane we've been waiting for the Eagles to lose and no matter how bad they play they still seem to find a way to win the games and including the one against us they have the referees on their side they have the lucky bounces on their side and unless that just folds up shop or they lose some key players embrace where we're gonna end up and it sucks you're going to be a 12 win team as a 5th seed..

By the way the fifth seed while people say they can appreciate the path,​

we lose because we're playing on the road outdoors and grass to someone or just have a bad off game and we're bounced or even worse we win the game and nobody gives us credit for it much like Tampa Bay last year... they're going to say you got the worst team to play and you got lucky it's a no win situation for this team as usual when it comes to fan and media blowback and feedback they're going to it's it's going to be one of those things where until the second round we're not gonna get any respect one way or the other...​

Yeah, the problem you have here is the Giants are positively terrible now. Philly could win both those remaining games with Mariota at QB.

The more likely, granted very slim, is hope the Eagles go into a slide here and lose to the 49ers, us and then on the road in Seattle. We win out or only lose to Detroit, and we'd win the division either with best record or best common games record (we'd have two common game losses - Cards, 49ers......... the Eagles would have three - Jets, 49ers, Seahawks).

The most realistic hope, and it's still not all that realistic, is the Eagles are about to go on a 3 game losing streak.

A better pick for a third loss is Seahawks.
Eagles play 49ers this coming Sunday, then a week later go down to Texas and play Sunday night, followed up the next Sunday going cross- country to play in Seattle.

Technically if we beat them and they lose to SF and Seattle, we could lose a game................... only the Detroit game........... and we could still win the division.

We'd have the same 13-4 record, same divisional record but we'd win out on common games as we only lost to the Cards and 49ers whereas they would have lost to the Jets, 49ers and Seattle.
