Snowden is an edge rusher.

The terms 3-4 and 4-3 are really outdated at this point.
- Most snaps are in Nickel or Big Nickel.
- Transition 3-4 to Nickel as 3-3-5 (replace ILB with a DB).
- Transition 4-3 to Nickel as 4-2-5 (replace SLB with a DB).
- The Big Nickel is half way between base and Nickel.
- Kearse vs Jourdan Lewis as the Nickel DB in Big vs Standard Nickel.
- The front 5 in Nickel or Big Nickel often looks like a 3-4 front 5.
- This is really what most fans mean when they say they want a 3-4.
- i.e. The edge players are standing up with 3 hand-down DL between them.

Quinn runs a hybrid front where it is often difficult to definitely call it a 3-man or 4-man front from play to play.
- The stand up DEs look almost the same a 3-4 OLBs.
- Parsons ability to play DE or Off-Ball LB makes it even more difficult to label.

I disagree.

Snowden has a versatile skillset and pass rushing is not even his best strength.

He also does not bend well and he is poor at setting the edge vs run.

He is so much better standing up.
