I'm grateful just to see the FO is shaking the bushes in search of a possible adjustment for a Zeke suspension. I also wouldn't be too shocked if such a move signaled the release of another RB named Morris who was once thought to be the object of a possible trade or waiver. One can't help but wonder if that turnstile might start turning in favor of adding more talent at RB.

Good point...well,.....great point.....
Having a receiver that is a threat at running back.....( Switzer and lucky) and a running back that's a threat at receiver......(Dunbar, Robinson) seem to be the new gadget plays. Switzer has already been running the jet sweep in practice. It's possible they never give him 1 hand off but I'm willing to bet they give it a try at some point

Shoelace Robinson? I thought he was still fairly young. He can be pretty electric is he finds his niche...I dont know though, maybe hes lost a step.

Id like Hillman also. Be happy to have another RB with Zeke and DMC. Not sure Alf is helping, and he is one dimensional.

Denard has speed and youth. Good to see they're kicking the tires on him.

If you're going to look for a guy for a spot down the roster, a young guy with speed who could possibly step in for multiple roles is who you should be looking at. He's 6 ft, could be a 3rd RB, brings value on ST, and probably play some slot if we ever needed it.

I'd be interested to see that speed behind our OL. Other than that, I didn't catch many JAX games.

Didn't know he was a FA.

Can't say much about him though other than I took a risk on him a few times in FF and it paid off.
I didn't either....a lot of teams hungry for running backs he's still young....shocked he's out here but I guess he's still fighting off that he's too small to play running back and not good enough to play receiver but has elite speed.

Doubt it. I think they just want more out of the 3rd RB position. They can also save 1.6 million by releasing Alfred this offseason.

Well, it could be they'd like to give Zeke cause for concern that he isn't quite as free as he thinks he is to make dumb decisions. I don't doubt for a second that releasing Alfred Morris is a very real possibility as well. The acquisition of Denard Robinson might easily also serve a double purpose. Candidly, the mere thought of it is beginning to get me just a bit excited. It might be interesting to see what follows, if anything.

They should and Robinson would fill that role

He is a 3 down back that can play in the passing game and make some big plays

He was very successful against us in limited starts

Morris is a 2 down dinosaur.......like a thumper at MIKE........ outdated
I like Robinson a bunch. Especially with our line. His speed would be welcomed as well

I like Robinson quite a bit. Doesn't he have a fumbling problem though? I seem to remember he does it often in limited carries.
