To me the Cowboys only have a few tradeable assets:

-TE Jake Ferguson could net a 3rd or 4th round pick at worst. He had a down year due to a knee and concussion, but do the Cowboys believe in Luke Schoonmaker enough to pull the plug on Ferg?
-RT Terence Steele. His contract will make him hard to move but a 5th round pick for him seems realistic. With enough 5s and 6s Dallas could trade back up into the 4th.
-LB Damone Clark: A 6th round pick for him would be a win. A 7th or a fringe roster player is more likely.
-WR Jalen Tolbert: Don't know if they give up on a former 3rd round pick that did score 7 TDs last year, but the Cowboys might draft a WR early and still have hopes for Mingo. Tolbert could also get them back into the 4th round but is more likely fetching a day three pick.

Others: DE Sam Williams, S Donovan WIlson, S Malik Hooker

There’s no way that Jake Ferguson would get you a third round pick…doubt fourth…this TE class is too deep for that to be possible

The only real trade-able asset that Jerry has is Micah. I would pull the trigger if I was him… But I doubt he’d get the value that he should.

At least there is still time for Mingo to work out. In the past this team has used actual 4th round picks on guys like Josh Ball and Viliami Fehoku.

True, and he’s fairly cheap so it’s not hurting the cap too bad.

It would be the second coming of TO, could they tame it, and above all pay him? There's no player in this draft who comes close to Pickens' skills, so we'll see what happens.

I don’t mind the Mingo trade I just don’t know why they did it especially if they take a receiver first round….

The only thing I minded about the Mingo trade was I didn’t see too big of a difference between him and Tolbert.
