Cowboys would be in first place in any other division but the NFC East

Problem with this team is inconsistency, from top to bottom, specially with the QB making mistakes at crucial times, but to be fair CBs, OL, WRs, all of them do it.

D is not as stout as you would think, it flashes, but can they make the big play when needed or will they fold against better competition?

Coaching has its problems too, OC is a Madden player.

DC is a bit of a mad scientist, he can get pressure but can not stop the run.

And the HC makes foolish gambles when is not necessary.

Only way I can see this happening is if they somehow catch fire in the next 5 games, somehow... like the Giants in 2012.

The point is that trolls who complain about the QB or the team are basically a running joke as the team has the 2nd best record in the NFL.

Isnt your motto that "its all about wins and not stats when it comes to the QB"?

So what are you complaining about? Cowboys are 10-3 and 6-1 since Dak returned.

Maybe your just full of it? But I think we already knew that.
Trolls that complain about Zeke are as big a joke as those that complain about Dak

Zeke has been playing better lately but I’d say Roy’s criticism on Elliott has been fairly consistent and justified .

He’s grossly over paid for his production in recent years. Tough to argue that. And I think it’s even more apparent this year Pollard probably deserves to start and ir at least have more touches.

If you worry about another man's money, yes...but, as a player, he's played hurt, when he didn't have too and has been a great teammate....but, those of you that just worry about contracts will never appreciate the play on the field.

We hadn’t “caught fire” yet, IMHO. Didn’t we rest most of our starters in preseason?
Right, we hadn’t. And my point.

Regardless , I’m sure all teams can make excuses or reasonable explanations. Wasn’t it you who earlier said it goes both ways.

We must always remember this is a business first, not just a game. And when players contracts or status thereof depend on such its effects can be held accountable in discussions towards the team.

I don't have a say in that, do you? I support the team on the field....
Of course but that’s all part of the makeup in building and maintaining the team.

Perhaps everyone isn’t interested in serious discussions which involve such decision making which impact and affect the team?

I stopped worrying about things I can't control when I became a HC 20 years ago. Perspective is a good thing.

To each their own. As fans we can analyze all aspects. Some simply aren’t interested in such. That’s fine.

Well then, why question me? It's not to each their own if you question another's opinion.....btw, is that Tom Landry on your avatar? I grew up 30 miles from his hometown and I'm 5-0 in the stadium named after him....can't question that.
