Cowherd: "It's ridiculous to expect Dak to get over the hump, as it would be for Kirk Cousins."

Dak can win, just got to put the team around him. The NFC doesn't look to have too many good teams. The Cowboys have a legit shot.
This year's NFC Super Bowl representative is ripe for the taking.
We are in as good a shape as any team to advance to the Super Bowl, especially with this defense.
I usually get my hopes up just to get them dashed, but I will be very disappointed if we can't take advantage of this year's weak conference and weak teams and at the very least be one of two teams left fighting for the right to go to the Big Game.

Actually, to me Dak just has to have good coaches around him. He had to play under Garrett for 4 years, does anybody here think Garrett was a great coach? And that was in Dak's formative years, when he should have been molded and coached into a top qb. Then McCarthy came along, a head coach who only managed only one SB win with Aaron Rodgers as his quarterback, who is widely regarded as one of, if not then top qb, for all of McCarthy's tenure in GB as the head coach, does anybody here think Mike is a great coach, one that can develop young quarterbacks?

A lot of Dak's problems could be lack of proper coaching, maybe not, but just making mention of it...

When you throw the same play that SHOUYLD have been intercepted...that got intercepted....how can you possibly blame coaching?

Even if the coach demanded you throw the exact same play, as was suggested....WHY?

At some point the player's instinct and intellect must take over. If he succeeds the coach has no choice but to go along.
