The "contract"
Broaddus mentioned his nice effort last night and he certainly was better than any other guys we have playing there. He gets ragged on here a lot, and I saw several people saying he sucked last night, but that wasn't the case. Three tackles, a sack, several pressures and a tackle for a loss is a pretty decent night.
What's your opinion. Do we have one of the best Dlines in the league? In your opinion we don't. In the eyes of the league we do.
Some say Philly DL is better but i wouldn't trade theirs for Dallas DL with their 0 sacks on Eli

Playoff rotation:
RDE - Gregory
Through the first 3 weeks......yes we are number 2 in sacks i think and just had 10 TFL in 1 game. Now will we continue that all season? Not sure but so far this season we have been one of the better DL with Irving coming back after next gameWhat's your opinion. Do we have one of the best Dlines in the league?
Plus he re-directed the RB a few times causing TFL's.Broaddus mentioned his nice effort last night and he certainly was better than any other guys we have playing there. People were saying he sucked on a night the defensive line dominated? Good grief.
He had a great game, that's for sure. He's a good player. He's played consistently well with injuries and very little talent around him. And now with D-Law and Maliek playing so well it's giving him better opportunities and vice versa. It's a lot better than playing along side the Jack Crawford and Ryan Davis types of the world.Broaddus mentioned his nice effort last night and he certainly was better than any other guys we have playing there. There are always a few that rarely get recognition. T Will another one. A lot in here rip on him but he's been a gamer for a while now and you certainly can't complain about his contract.Broaddus mentioned his nice effort last night and he certainly was better than any other guys we have playing there. This. See this is where stats are a terrible way to judge a defense. You have to watch the games to really judge. People who only count sacks or/and pics in the stat column don't get it. This (what you pointed out) is never measured (and with good reason) but it's important to contribution and those who don't watch the whole play never see it.Plus he re-directed the RB a few times causing TFL's.
Agreed. I'll also say this; against Denver Crawford spent a lot of time at DT, lined up across Leary. There were six or seven times he was able to beat Leary right off the snap. Leary had some significant issues with Crawford's short area quickness. If it weren't for Siemian getting rid of the ball 2-2.5 seconds almost every pass, Crawford probably ends up with a sack or two. Siemian had to get rid of the ball a couple of times even quicker than he wanted to because Crawford was closing in. Crawford even made a couple of plays against the run.This. Why is Mayowa getting more snaps than Taco? Has he really shown enough this year to deserve more snaps. I don't think he has. I'm not saying Taco has either but he's shown more than some are willing to give him credit for.
Playoff rotation:
RDE - Gregory, Tapper
3DT - Collins, Crawford
1DT - Irving, Paea
LDE - Lawrence, Taco
I actually like Taco at RDE and love @xwalker's comparisons of Taco to that of The KrakenI like it, although...
DON'T READ THIS @Trouty
I would think the RDE starter is Taco or Mayowa or Tapper. Long way to go in the season and it will be interesting to see who develops over the course of the year.
I think Irving is wasted at the 1T, JoeyPlayoff rotation:

Poor Crawford. He gets a sack last night and this is the call "Lawrence there again! With Maliek Collins!"
No respect at all. When he was a baby he was breast fed by his father.
