Rule for the future, folks: you don't trust players, or their agents to tell you how much they lift, how fast they run or what they weigh. I thought that was common sense, but I guess not common enough.
Nonsense. The Cowboys website makes no effort to get the correct player weights.

Look at his official weight on Cowboys site or NFL.com. Not over 270. Watch the tape...if you have an eye you'll see about that.

At 275 a guy can be a hybrid, a third down DT. After watching that 10 tackle-Commander game...it was more a scrambling, hustling thing, as opposed to anchor/power

Massive increase to lower and upper body.

You may watch the atpe but you have zero idea what you are looking at.

Isn't he playing inside and not as a DE?
That’s what makes him a tough guy to really hope for a roster spot. He’s really not big enough to be inside and not fast enough for outside. He’s great for certain packages but money better spent is on size inside and speed outside.

He played pretty solid considering he only played 23% of snaps and was played inside and out
He’s coming along
Most non first round picks take a couple to three years to develop. If they improve each year then that’s exactly what you are looking for. Armstrong improved every year and has turned into a really nice and impactful player

He is going at around 290 with long arms. He is ideal dimensions for 4i and pass rushing 3.
