Cruz doubtful week one

I want it close, if we win in the end. I like all the nail biting, lots of beer trinking, scream at the TV and almost heart attack suffering games. I know I can't handle much of those but if the Cowboys get the big W out of those games it was worth it. Oh man, I can't wait anymore.

+1, the Cardiac Cowboys are so fun to watch.
(So are the dominant ones, tho.)

This should help immensely because ODB is a major handful. Cruz is compromised in a big way even if he does play. Now I really like our chances.

ODB is going to be doubled all day.

Personally I'd put Claiborne on him with Jones helping over the top. Shadow him all day with that combination. Eli will be throwing under duress, Claiborne was drafted where he was because of his ability to play the ball. The ball should be coming out erratically, and having Jones over the top should give Claiborne the confidence to let his ability finally shine.

We do that, with our pass rush and their offensive line, and Eli might complete more passes to Claiborne than Beckham.

Claiborne?

He might get called for holding him to much. I agree though, he needs to be doubled every play.

The Giants won their first four games at the Cowboys' new stadium.

New York proceeded to lose its next two games there.

That means Dallas won its last two home matchups against NYG, the team which Victor Cruz plays for and the topic of the thread.

The Cowboys did lose half its home games last season though.

So, the Dallas Cowboys must play better at home, because they have played .500 ball at home against other teams not based in East Rutherford, New Jersey as recently as last season, but have been perfect at home beating the Giants (the team which Cruz plays for and the thread topic) the last two seasons.

Maybe I should talk through it once more. The Giants won their first...

This year home field will be good !

Beckham and Vereen are the only players that need accounting for in this game. A consistent pass rush should negate Beckham's opportunities- would double him as well, but that'll open up plays underneath for Vereen (when/if they figure that out). Stop those two and the game is ours.
