Lol. Is Mark getting a little ahead of himself?
----

Mark Cuban knows a lot about a lot of things, but does he know football?Cowboys fans sure hope so.

The Dallas Mavericks owner made a bold prediction on Good Morning America's Instagram account hat his fellow D-FW sports owner Jerry Jones will be hoisting the Lombardi Trophy in February.

"This is my Super Bowl prediction," Cuban said in the short video. "It is going to be the Cowboys versus the Broncos, with the Cowboys coming on top, 53-51, in the highest-scoring Super Bowl ever."

6tds and 7 field goals=53 pts

Yeah, good luck with that

With the way this team is built we'd just run the ball and kill the clock.

Let me try this new math

6 TD = 36 points
6 converts =6
7 field goals =21

Total points = 63 points

You only get 53-51 if both teams use high-powered air-it-out offenses; like the 51-48 Dallas-Denver game last year.

Only the Broncos use that kind of offense now. Dallas grinds it out on the ground.

A Dallas-Denver Super Bowl would be like the 2010 Auburn-Oregon BCS championship game which was predicted to be an extreme high-scoring shootout. The actual score? 22-19.

If we happen to wind up playing the Broncos in the SB ... it will be a relatively low scoring affair. We kill the TOP and run it down their throats. Broncos will have less than 25 minutes total TOP.

Imagine the look on Ware's face if we won the SB against Denver.

I would take it obviously, but as others have pointed out, you only get that type of a game when both teams just pass the ball every down.

We would run too much clock for the score to be that high.

I agree with those that say the score could never be that high. Our ground and pound game would have gotten us there so something in the neighborhood of 45-24 would appear more likely.

Cuban need to pump the brakes though and avoid jinxing us.

On another note, I run a few times a week but have never really run on game day. Last week, I did 4 miles the morning before the Seattle game. Since we won, I am going for a run every gameday until we lose. I'm out. Cyaa. #superstitious

honestly, I think it would bother Ware more if he lost in the AFC Championship game and Dallas played against the team that knocked him out...the coulda, woulda's would be all over the place in his mind....

btw, if you are keeping track at home, in 5 games, Ware has 11 tackles (6 solo's), 4 sacks, and 1 FF....that's not exactly Pro Bowl material for all who were upset that he left....and, if he were still in Dallas, I don't think he would have 4 sacks......(just sayin')

I agree. As the Broncos are forced to watch him on his pitiful 13 sack season pace, we get to enjoy the grand splendor that is Jeremy Mincey.

Suck it, Denver.

ah, Dr Snark returns...and, is Mincey getting $10M to be THAT average? 2 tackles/game average? Mincey also has 11 tackles, but 7 are solos!!! That makes them equals, no?

I love how people want so bad to minimize Ware. They're clearly not watching him play.

The guy can still play, at a very high level, and he absolutely would have helped this defense.
