As Jimmy Johnson said : This team is run like a Country Club and not a Football Team.
The concern from the owner down to the players seems to more about money/brand than about winning.
I am sure a few player care, but not enough of them.
There seems to be no personal pride, no swagger.
Where are the Michael Irvin leaders on this team?
The GM has cared more about his comfort level with the HC , hiring weak, unqualified HCs since Jimmy left except the big Tuna.
This Franchise has been a disaster the last 28 years, and it because Jerry is constantly pumping sunshine instead of making winning the priority.
Their is no accountability from the GM on down.
What a sad state of affairs this once proud team has fallen to.

I remember when the Cowboys had a great team win against the Patriots and there were multiple threads by the usual suspects talking about Dak and him "balling out " and his amazing stats etc, but here we are now after the worst loss we ever had against an arch rival, and crickets. Not only does our team culture suck, our fanbase culture sucks.

Do any other owners let their players use the training facility/office to conduct business meetings after practice? (Jaylon Smith)
He was such a distraction and his play was atrocious and childish and yet he got a $50 mil contract. \\

The Jones's have no clue what they're doing so why even bother watching the crap they throw together and try to sell us?

All the “culture” in the world couldn't make our roster beat the Niners roster……it’s really just that simple

Of course with a different “culture/GM” perhaps we would have the Niners roster and coaching staff

Fans drinking Jerry's Koolaid and buying into the hype every year and continuing to pour money into this team are definitely part of the problem.
This fanbase are enablers.

Yep, it all starts at the top.
If the GM is not held accountable, and does not hold anyone else accountable, how can winning flourish in that environment?

The Patriots let Tom Brady set up an entire business at their facility lol

You people are such babies. The idea that anything Jerry did/has done, other than talent acquisition, mattered last night is preposterous.

Does hiring Head Football Coaches matter ?
Did you approve of keeping Garret here for 10 years ?
No but JG has nothing to do with last night.

I also specifically said that talent acquisition matters, and that would apply to coaches too.
