Current list of all QB salaries and Dak *The $25 Million Worth Merge*

He's already been to one in three years

Does he have a better chance of acheiving that goal than McCarron, Beathard, or McCoy?
I think Dak is irrelevant to this team which goes through Zeke and the defense

I'm not kidding when I say I would take those 3 QBs for $4 million over Dak at $25 million

I would keep building this defense with the money

Every QB has good and bad unless you're talking Brady who makes mistakes but does way more good than bad.
There are no exceptions, including Brady. Brady is one of the best NFL quarterbacks of all time but he, like all successful quarterbacks, benefit from both solid coaching and teammates who execute--especally at critical downs during drives. That is all teammates and not just those playing on offense with their quarterback, who receives more often than not too much praise or criticism.

After looking at these QB salary numbers, and if the Cowboys win at least the 1st playoff game, Dak is going to get "at least" $23 mil/season and possibly up to $25 mil/season. That's going to be his range: $23 - $25 million/season.

I honestly believe this is where his final numbers will be but I also expect Dak to allow certain flex in the structure to sign or keep future players.

Which proves you know nothing about football. You're the only one who enjoys hearing yourself pretending to be a GM.

Not really....my prediction is we sign him to some ridiculous contract, he continues to be highly inconsistent Dak, and we have to cut him

I dont know why you Dak fans dont want to bring a better QB in here...wouldnt be hard
FO believes that we can win with Dak but also believe that Dak has to grow into the position.
Changing QB loses the sweet spot with your other payers have matured st the right time.
We're going with Dak thats obvious.

Dallas fans thinking Dak is Brett Favre.....

Not surprising.....some us know better

There's stats being thrown in your face left and right that shows Dak is better than average. You're just dug in that you think he sucks. We get it you hate him, we don't care. He's going to be a Dallas Cowboy for a long, long time. Don't like it go root for another team.

Dak easily fits somewhere in that vicinity.

I'm well aware there's a lot of Dak haters. But you seem to have an obsession with the dude. Do you think we want to hear the same thing over and over from you? We get it, you hate Dak. We as in those that can be objective. Find something else to talk about.

Anyway you're hopeless. Welcome to my ignore list.

Ill try and figure out where we are ranked in passing since the addition of Cooper and excluding the games prior and post it. Which I know is cherry picking, but in all fairness our offense was so bad earlier in the season it hides the numbers since. We are playing better than that 25th ranking.

Edit: Dak is averaging 285 yds per game since the addition of Cooper. Which would be good for over 4500 yds. Clearly providing him with a stud wr has made a huge difference in our offense as a whole.

Mike White making $11k less than Dak
:omg:

Dak gonna get $$$$$

This "once we pay Dak $20M-$25M we'll regress" nonsense needs to fall in a hole and die.

While Dak and his contract have been the best asset in the league the last three seasons, it's not been the only QB salary to account for.

2016 Cowboys QB salary cap hit: $23.5M
2017 Cowboys QB salary cap hit: $12M
2018: $10.6M

Despite most of that being dead cap we've been one of the most winningest teams in the league.

With Dak's early cap hits likely being much lower than AAV and his cheal season next year we shouldnt be worried about that unless you're looking ahead to 2023 for some reason.

I dont know what you mean continue...

We are the 25th ranked passing offense...he had one good quarter....

If he somehow turned into a great quarterback I would be ecstatic....I want the Cowboys to win a Superbowl
Dak is i think 7th in passing since Cooper got to Dallas. He's had more than one good quarter.
