the top three or so are the only real MVP contenders. Now there is still half a season to go but below them not likely to get consideration
its so slanted towards QB anymore which is wrong; though the argument is that since virtually all championship teams feature the QB as their MVP then that is the way the league should be

Only 1 non QB on the list.

As great as AJ is....I think the Eagles would still be good without AJ, whereas I think SF would come to a grinding haul w/o McCaffrey (their team was visibly transformed during the season when they acquired him last year, with a clear cut before/after.

Either way...MVP is basically a QB Award these days.

He obviously is way down the list.....but he is fun to watch.

I never dreamed he would play so well.

Will be curious to see how he fares in the all-important Year 2 after teams have "a book" on him.
