Packers haven't been so hot at home in the playoffs as of late. They've lost 3 of the last 4 home playoff games at Lambeau.

I'm fine with playing the Packers at Lambeau. Wait until they get a load of us. It's the exact same strategy that worked so well last night...

1. Show them they cannot stop our run game by giving them a big dose of Murray right off the bat
2. Jump on them early, scoring on multiple drives early in the game, using both the run game and the now wide-open play-action passing game.
3. Watch their offense panic, become one-dimensional, and then wither.
4. Win game.

I've seen it play out in front of my eyes all year long and prior.
I will believe my lying eyes and ears.

Because watching a game on TV determines the amount of loyalty a fan base has for their team? Might want to get your eyes and ears checked. Or maybe actually plan for a trip to ATT stadium and check out the scene on game day, inside and outside the stadium.

The playoffs aren't meant to be played with fear. I agree with your take. Weather, even for the home team, is a neutralizer. Rodgers passes don't melt snowflakes on the way to Jordy Nelson in the Green Bay snow. I don't fear their defense, as they don't fear the Cowboys defense.

The difference will be the running game, and I'll take Murray and our oline over Eddie Lacy and their line. If we win in Green Bay, Murray will be the reason why.

Cat fight!

Ha! You guys. Why can't it be a simple debate between fans? I like Sportsbabe. I just think she's wrong. You live in the area. I'm from the area. Cowboys might have the most fans in the NFL, but it's the local fans that keep the team going.

Because for guys a cat fight usually means the ripping of clothing articles. Duh!

I wasn't taught to fight like that, tho. You guys would be severely disappointed in my efforts. None of that hair pulling, clothes-tearing stuff for me. lol

Sweet!!!!:bow::bow:
They're not worthy.
Fairweather fans.
I believe the fans outside of Dallas are more loyal than the locals.

Maybe on average, not sure....kind of doubt it.

I know plenty of people in Dallas that plan their whole lives around Cowboy football. They've been doing this their whole lives, as did their parents...or at least as long as the franchise was here. I mean, it's not possible to be more fanatical than some of these local fans..
There's just not 90,000 of them each week.
And also there's the obvious fact that you and I both know--ticket prices are astronomical.
Those attending the games live do not at all necessarily reflect the local fans in general. Just mid-range tickets for four with concessions and parking could cost you 1500-2000 per game. Nose-bleeds are even expensive for a person making a standard living.

My brother is a diehard and has only been to a game once and that was with me. I've been to more games than he has. But he and his friends are out there tailgating almost every weekend. I don't personally like tailgating.

Oh this is a touchy topic for me. I'm a season ticket holder and the local Cowboy fans at the games are some of the worst fans I have seen in the NFL and I have been to many stadiums. Just this year I went to the Rams game and by the 4th quarter the whole stadium was singing "let's go Cowboys" in unison... the Cowboys fans there were extremely loud/loyal fans. At our stadium, there are times where many of the fans won't stand up to cheer the team on, or won't cheer at all. Don't get me wrong, there are some die hard fans there too but I would say a majority of the fans in DFW area are fair weather fans. I rarely run into fans who really know the team inside and out like I do. They will tell you the Cowboys are their team but don't talk to them too much in depth about the team because they will start to look confused.

with each win all the talk of boycott has lost steam. LOL We can't win with Jerry, Romo needs to go, Garrett is a puppet. LOL

I think that's with any team's fan base. I talked to Texan fans and they can't name anyone on the team outside of Foster, Johnson, and Watt. I know more about their team than they do.

I've been to a few games and honestly very few games that I've been to are lather-worthy. And soon as you are all riled up and ready to cheer, oops, TV timeout. or oops the other team converts. There's just a lot of gray area when it comes to the stadium environment. If the product on the field is good enough, then all the gripes about the fans will die.

But that's just for the stadium. If we're talking general loyalty, it's the fans in the area, even if they don't know the last dude on the p-squad who keeps that team rolling. They're the casual fan who will buy gear even in down years. lol

Perfect example.

Just b/c he's not at the game doesn't mean he's not a die-hard fan
