Why even try to go for the block? Just seal the edge to make sure the punter doesn’t run and be done. The game was almost over at that point and he gave them life.

The Punt penalty was terrible, no excuses for that one.

The Facemask was difficult and likely is not a problem with a "Normal Sized" QB. Bad Luck. It was a lot less of a facemask than the one Dak had against him later in the game.

That Offsides, while the result was terrible, that was "barely" offisides, if offsides at all.

Beat in his head that he cannot touch the punter EVER, and give just a little extra room so the Refs can't throw the flag for offsides.

That face mask was NOT a 15 yarder. 5 because he let go.

Yeah, he was attempting to make game changing plays by giving all his effort. Those penalties happen in such a physical game.

He definitely needs a talking to and extra work in practice

But suggesting he needs to be cut is absurd.

The only really dumb play he made was the roughing the kicker. The hands to the face can happen when you reach, and the offsides was bunk.

agree he wasn't off sides and a bone headed play on the punt for sure but he leaped over a guy and his momentum carried him into the punter, if only he would have been 1/2 second sooner it would have been a blocked punt

His momentum didn't carry him into the punter, he did. While off balance he headed after the punter. It was a risky choice that didn't pay off. It was a bad choice.

Seriously....the NFL has targeted this guy for 3 years +...why would they stop now? Cowboys need to be smart on how they deploy him. He's a heat seeking missile. Use w/ caution. Aim @ QB. Not @ punters.

I’ll actually defend him here. I think the offsides thing was probably nonsense and even if true it was so slight. The running into the punter, he was hit in the legs and unfortunately tripped the way he did. I’m not saying I like what he did, but a lot of it was just bad luck.

I'm certain the "D" effort's have backed him off from suicidal post game thoughts ( IMO)
