I think they like what he does on ST its the fact he's terrible at WR that should concern coaches. Maybe wit the scheme change and being here for his 3rd year he will not be completely useless and terrible. or more likely it'll be too little too late as Cd, Gallup, Cooks and a TE will take the majority of the passes.

Rico had the size and skillset to be a ++blocker.
But TEs wanna be WRs and they're above developing their blocking skills.

Some down roster OTs need to spend an offseason with a jugs machine. Probably a lot easier for an OT to learn how to run a 3 yard route and catch the ball than a WR to learn how to block.

I haven't been impressed by what I've seen of him, mostly in preseason. He just doesn't seem to be very good honestly.

His physical's are off the chart, again a change in scheme could help him alot (honestly changing from option routes helps most young WR's alot)
