Is this the guy who relates to being a 4 legged pet? Yeah we should give some relevance to what he says. As much fun as these games can be, it wont have a great say in how this season develops. But the Eagles fail the eye test. They aren't winning a championship this season. Not with that defense. Not with that QB. It is really a free shot for us on Sunday. Dak, Jason, Tyron, Washington and Gallup should all improve this offence when they are up to speed. How much? Not sure. But it doesn't have to be a lot with this defense to give us a legitimate shot. And our pop culture fans wont have an effect on that either.

Our national fan base might be but not the local core. We hate the Americas Team label.

I love the America's Team label (for a few reasons), but that doesn't mean I consider all fans to be true fans. Many of Dallas' fans are only fans when we're winning or when it's fun. But there's still a large core that follows and roots for the team through thick and thin.

Agree. Clapping at Irvin going down & tossing batteries at Santa is a much better fanbase. Idiot!

H-m-m, in other words what Kelce's trying to say is that they're the good guys and we're the worldly saps, who lack the good sense to know what's what?! Now, there's a head spin attempt that begs for sane critique! o_O

For the most part, He's correct.
Elaborate. You think that navy blue ocean at Sofi was fake? It takes time, resiliency, thick skin and heartache to be a Cowboys fan. Traveling well doesn't make you fake any more than blindly rooting for the home team makes you authentic. You know how many "localized" fans know nothing about football and thump their chests only when a team is winning? Yes, there is localized bandwagoning. It works both ways. As far as marketing, that is also done locally for every team. They're just mad they don't have an international reach. Personally, I'm proud of Cowboys Nation because I know we have a lot of longtime diehards like myself. And for the most part, we behave like human beings.
