I come across many fans here in the DFW area. And many of them, I can tell how much they really know or not right away.
By comments they make right away by Dak or Jerry, or even back with Romo. I can tell they just parrot what they heard on the radio.
It doesn't bother me, but if they are willing to listen, which most do, they are pretty reasonable. They are fans, not fair weather fans. Just they watch the games, and root for them. They just don't get into it like we do, watch and read every thing. Just what they pick up at the water fountain wether warranted or not.
Like this place is not a water fountain, it is a waterfall.
I heard the same type of fans in South Florida about the Dolphins. My recent trip to Columbus. OH, before the season started. I heard the same stuff from mixed Browns and Bengals fans.
Same as when I was in Jacksonville, FL, and down in Houston.
Please explain this. Delve into exactly how or where he is correct. Id be interested to know, because Im a little lost on what he said. For the most part, He's correct.
and? what does that mean? Are the younger dolphins fans, well , almost all Dolphins fans the same also since they havent won a title since what.. 1982 or so?He has a point. Many of the younger fans really have not experienced this team's success as we did in the 1990s.
You may hate it, but why? It is simply a FACT. The team has the largest , most spread out fan base in the country and it isnt even debatable. I dont care one way or the other, but I think it is a good label that describes reality. Our national fan base might be but not the local core. We hate the Americas Team label.
BS.... Passion? Its simple for me... whose fans spends thousands to TRAVEL all over the country to watch their team? It aint the Eagles fans. Go to GB, huge fan showing for Dallas, go to Minnesota, Seattle, Tampa.... it doesnt matter, Cowboys fans travel to watch their team.... that is bandwagon? SMH....Make fun all you want but I’ve been to both stadiums… no comparison the passion between the fan bases.

You do realize that there is no such thing as Santa, right? It takes a special fan to throw batteries at Santa Clause.

We hate it for the reasons Landry warned initially that it places a target on our backs. You may hate it, but why? It is simply a FACT.
