As someone who visits this site regularly I want to say that i really appreciate all the staff, new and old, that make this site work. I appreciate all you guys do and making this site what it is. This site is what I call a "thumb" site. People take for granted their thumbs until their thumbs are broken or injured. Then you realize how much you need it. This site is a part of my day and I would really miss it if it was gone. So you're work is appreciated

I voted they gave me bacon for my vote lots of bacon

I have... bad news, good news and more bad news.

The bad news is our local hog vendor says we have cleaned out his entire stock.

The good news is we have secured turkey, chicken, goat and lamb vendors!

The bad news is our alternative sources of bacon will run out in about a month at our current rate of consumption, which will force us to turn to a vendor that sells... veggie bacon.

WE'RE DOING EVERYTHING WE CAN! FOR THE LOVE OF PORKY THE PIG, THERE IS ONLY SO MUCH BACON IN THE WORLD!

Please don't eat us.

Seriously, great bunch of members here. Really good people with great senses of humor and compassion ........... except on game days. Those can be the 17 "Mr. Hyde" days of the year. But add an 18th one and that can last for months.

You take the number of members here and add to that their passion, which can fluctuate and rotate, and participation, it's a pleasure to help moderate it. Even the Dak threads.
