He is rising quickly and looks like he will go in the first rd,I would consider him if he falls to 27 .

No way in the 1st for me. He's extremely raw and I'm not sure a guy who struggles to keep his weight above 300 is what we need at RT. I get the intrigue, but not for us. If we end up taking an O lineman in the 1st I think it will be Collins or Cam Irving.

i like the other 2 guys too but wasnt this the criticism for tyron when he came out,DJ is very athletic and doesnt have to start right away but more importantly he can play LT and we really dont have a backup for tyron right now.we can sign free on a 2 year deal and bring up DJ slowly.

Yep. There was criticism of Tyron Smith that he couldn't carry enough weight.

Ok...but can he play RT the way we would need him to? Is he the type of RT that we can run behind consistently? If we didn't have a franchise LT already it would be a completely different scenario, but why would you want to gamble on a RT that high if he's never going to play LT barring disaster? Doesn't make sense for us or Humphries in my opinion.

And let's not get out of hand with the Humphries to Tyron comparisons. Humphries is no where near the type of prospect Tyron was

It's depressing to see hi rise so much.
I was hoping for a mid round steal with the way he was being ranked pre combine

Would not use our our rounder

I agree on DJ. I like Collins but not a fan or Irving. I've been saying since November that Ereck Flowers is the best option at RT.

Only reason Humphries is going up the board is due to a bad OT class. Team will reach for a LT.
