I've watched the agendas on here saying Dak sucks so bad he should have never been drafted. Then others say he is the best in stats or whatever.
As a fan I'd love him to be the absolute best but he isn't. But he is far from the worst. What he is, is a QB that hasn't figured it all out yet and may not ever do so or he may become a SB QB
The reality is that none of us really know. What we know is that as fans we want and need him to get better every year to get to where we all want to get. Nobody will win the discussion now because the future has yet to be written. Let's cross our fingers that he develops and takes us to the promise land while we treat each other with respect.

I have no proof that Vick personally did that but it is a practice done by those who fight dogs to provide dogs for there fighting dogs to practice on . My friend dose animal control and has witnessed unspeakable things committed by these people in the dog fighting business.I didn't even realize he did that. You're certain he kidnapped other people's dogs? If so, he's even worse than I thought.
Okay, well if there's no proof he did that, I won't be adding it to my list of reasons to despise him.....not that I need any more.I have no proof that Vick personally did that but it is a practice done by those who fight dogs to provide dogs for there fighting dogs to practice on . I know people that have recovered there stolen dog in the condition I described earlier and the whole dog fighting business IMO is a barbaric unnecessary practice that I have absolutely no tolerance for . He may or may not have done it but it is defiantly a part of the cycle in the dog fighting business.Okay, well if there's no proof he did that, I won't be adding it to my list of reasons to despise him.....not that I need any more.
That's revolting. A guy who "can't throw the football" doesn't post as high a completion percentage as Dak does. Don't be thick. A guy who can't throw doesn't throw for a very good TD-to-INT ratio like Dak does. Doesn't routinely carve through defenses on game-winning drives when defenses are all geared up for the pass.Let's stop the fan boy nonsense. This is the Dallas Cowboys. Some of you are just too young to know what that used to mean.
QB is the premier position in all of sports. The Dallas Cowboys are supposed to be the premier franchise in football. The fact that the Cowboys would now look for a new franchise QB and settle on a stiff like Dak Prescott should sicken anyone with an ounce of credibility as a fan. All I read over and over is what he can't do and how that's okay we can work around that. What the hell kind of plan is that for the Dallas Cowboys in search of their franchise QB? That's Cincinnati Bengals thinking. I don't want a guy who can't do things. I don't want to settle at the position. That shouldn't be plan A. I want a real talent who allows you to get by at other positions not other positions allowing them to get by at his own. I don't want a college offense. I want a real QB who can play real pro football.
We are already saddled with the worst Owner and GM in sports, a complete fraud at Director of Personnel and a weak Head Coach. The thought of being okay with adding a mediocre at best QB to that mix is baffling to me.
Why? Just cause Go Cowboys! and stuff?
You are supporting a QB who can't throw the football.
I repeat - You are supporting a QB who can't throw the football.
If for whatever reason Dak Prescott is on your roster and your starter goes down, then you look to get by and tailor a gimmick offense around him and his lack of any talent. Then it makes sense to read the things I read about him every day. Well, they just mean until our starter gets back. But to watch him play for three years and think this is the guy you want under center for the next 10 years as the future of our offense is an opinion I just can't take seriously.
A QB who can't throw the football.
The Dallas bleepin Cowboys.
Thank God Tom Landry isn't around to see this.
That's revolting. If that ever happened to my dog, I don't know what I'd do.
It’s not fair to blame fans when many (dare I say most) of the national pundits have the same criticisms of Dak. It’s not like we have Mahomes here and a big chunk of the fan base is ripping him. There are very legitimate reasons to think the franchise might be treading water with a guy like Dak at the helm. There’s also a lot to like about Dak as well. So it’s a toss up what his actual legacy will be.A guy who "can't throw the football" doesn't post as high a completion percentage as Dak does. Don't be thick. Put your biases aside. He's better than you pretend he is. Better than the narrative you've built in your head just because there's something about him that makes you feel uncomfortable personally.
Those who can't get over Dak not being Central Casting's idea of what a QB should look like want to go draft a new one just so we can spend years pulling teeth trying to teach the new kid to protect the ball as well as Dak was doing from Day 1. Or trying to get him to pump ice water in his veins and play great on game-winning drives like Dak's done already. Or trying to get him to win at the clip Dak already wins at.
Ugh, our fans are the worst sometimes.

Define cannon and how you came to the conclusion of White having one
Hahaha
The OP is right on target. Dak needs to improve significantly for this team's offense to qualify for a serious SB run, much less get there. As long as the OL is impeded by less-than-stellar pass protection, the chances of that happening aren't anything to count on. With everything around him improving, there's no telling what he might be able to do -- otherwise, it's surely wise not to expect this offense to rise to elite status. There's much to do.
After Dez was cut he made it known he felt that #1 WR were no longer needed in todays NFL and Dallas would be fine without one. So you think he had no input on Dez being gone? What are you babbling about? Dak had no vote on the receiving corps. That is all FO and Garrett/Linehan.

OK well I know what camp you fall into...He was probably asked for his opinion but that had little impact on the decision which came from the coaching staff and front office. Dak isn't dictating anything. He is a team first guy and will always say the right thing for the team. Dallas, incorrectly, thought their offense could just line up and blow people off the ball. Didn't happen.
Why was Paxton Lynch #25, and why was Brady a 6th rounder, and why did precious Antonio Ramiro Romo go undrafted?huh?
I believe every team in the NFL (excluding Cowboys) would choose either Wentz or Goff over Dak- in a heartbeat!
There's a reason they went #1 and #2 overall, and Dak was a late 4th rounder.
