He played Ok but a great QB would find ways down the stretch to win which has never been the case in the Dak years. Great human being, average QB but not a game changer when he needs to be!

If you know your Cowboys history (an alarming amt of “fans” don’t), you’ll recognize the pattern of our defense always failing to mk stops when the team absolutely needs a stop.

1. We lost to the Giants in WC round in our 13-3 number one seed game because the defense couldn’t mk critical stops. The 7 min drive to end the first half lost the game for us.

2. We lost in Green Bay (Dez catch) because when they got the ball back after the blown call, there was still almost 5 min left and guess what? The defense absolutely folded and couldn’t mk a stop. Couldn’t stop the run.

3. Dak’s rookie year, playoff game vs Packers - We lost because the defense couldn’t stop a 4th and 25. Btw Dak’s outplayed Rogers (see stats - oh wait you react purely on emotion, not facts)

4. Seattle playoff gm w Romo fumbled snap - We didn’t lose because of the fumbled snap, we lost because in the ensuing series, our defense could not stop the run.

5. San Fran at the Death Star two years ago - The defense spotted the 49ers ~20 points and we couldn’t stop the run.

The bottom line: The fuhrer and his idiot son are not capable of fielding a team on both sides of the ball that can mk deep playoff runs. You do acknowledge that much don’t you?

This is such bogus blind one sided support your offense but not defense. Fact is anything before last year, we didn’t invest in defense. Up to this year we paid number 1 or top five for our offense while paying bottom of league for defense. Somehow even with all that let’s just looks at Daks playoff performances. The San Fran game two years ago. The defense played the entire first half.lol. Dak actually went -10 yards on his first series with one of his five sacks in the game. You said we spotted them 20pts but in reality that defevsebonly gave up 16pts while playing the entire first half. The other seven points was in reality seven that are from Daks int on our own 23 yard line. Final score 23-17 seven of those points in reality are really defenses bc they intercepted the ball on niners 18 yard line. So all in all that defense showed up…dak not so much he was smoked and continued to get smoked by niners and any team that comes to play. As stated I won’t comment on years before we paid a defense. Also don’t understand why we stopped at two years ago last year San Fran dak sucked again. Our defense gave up 3 first half points, your boy gave up two interceptions and our d stopped both on our side of the field. Dak lost the first half all on his own. The second half he played just as bad and no where near top five every claims he is in reg season. Point is he continues to disappear in big games, he may be top five in numbers some years but is bottom of league in playoff stats. He completely disappears, some drop off in production is expected but not disappearing.lol

While we are fond of shooting ourselves in the face....I do expect the league to call a fair and consistent game. It shouldn't matter what colors or names adorn the jersey, or what kind of mistakes they make.

Romo was surrounded with a franchise record 13 Pro Bowlers early in his starting career, but that loser was too busy going Hollywood, chasing bimbos, going to open area concerts in the dead heat and getting all sunburned on a Saturday before GameDay, and going to Cabo "to study" during the playoffs.

Romo had a stud team handed to him, yet he squandered such an opportunity and his prime years away. By the time he took the game and team seriously, his body was constantly breaking down. Dak doesn't do the things Romo did. Dak takes it seriously. Heck, Dak even built a football field to constantly practice on in his back yard. Romo instead built a basketball gym.

by far those are why we lost the game not Prescott I mean I haven't looked at his numbers but I don't care the game I saw last night was an offensive line getting pushed back into the quarterback receivers lacking separation once again because they're playing zone and also getting to the quarterback with four to five man fronts so they're able to bring a lot of man in coverage and a defense that just allows them easily to get 40 yards on every drive so oh they stop them but they're in field goal range on almost every drive so when it came down to crunch time the field goal was easy they won the game because the defense couldn't make a stop "when it counted!

When they say Prescott can't get us to a Super Bowl when I say big games it's the defense not showing up in big games Prescott has won four games this year where he's had to overcome all this mess and he almost did it again last night he just came up short this time the defense couldn't make that last stop but he did get them the lead with two minutes left I don't understand how this is a quarterback issue because what he didn't score more points isn't that what your defense is supposed to do is limit points? I remember two years ago when this Dan Quinn defense was being built oh they said that the offense can just get us 20 points we should win those games and that is a fact and that didn't even ask him much because most championship defenses give up under 14 points a game where are we asking for under 20 you know like their defense did...

Last year they blamed him for all the interceptions this year he's not doing that and yet they're still blaming him I I don't know what he needs to do his lines not good there's no run game like consistent they can't get short yardage at the goal line for crap and then the defense they allow guys just to kind of skate up field pretty easily and then bow their back but that's too late when you're playing in a close game you need to be able to depend on your defense...

he's the QB...he's going to get blame or credit...and rarely do QBs get credit in losses, particularly when they shrink or suck. Occupational hazard, but there's no crying in baseball and there's certainly no excuse-making in football. For the moment, it's still a man's game and the man who is the leader, paid the most and has the ball the most is going to get the lion's share of the blame.

Dak stunk for 3 quarters against Miami. Was it solely his fault we lost? No, but as Aikman wisely said, "If you keep having to come back in the 4th quarter, it's probably because you didn't play well for most of the game...".
