QBs really need to be at 2 or 3 to 1 in TDs:Ints.
14:9 is nowhere near that.
Needs to clean it up!

Except it's a pattern for him - the issue is, the more he is asked to throw, he becomes mistake prone. This is not the same for every top end QB, many can throw more and keep the INTs down. Mahomes can do it, Brady did it, Rodgers did it, etc. We're using Prescott like he's on their level.

Dak is like the David Lee Roth of QBs.

Paid well but insanely overrated.

Dave is considered by many of his peers to be the greatest frontman of all time. When someone like Prince is envious of you and steals some moves, you know what you said is FOS. You can't call someone overrated with Two Diamond Certified albums under his belt. Most bands don't even have one. I can't stand The Beatles but I would be stupid to say they are overrated. I'm not stupid so I won't.

PM me so we don't take over this thread from a Patriots fan.

Everyone credible?? :lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

I would take HOFers, future HOFers and ROH players advice before I would take Risen, MountaineerCowboy, leebalir, MysteryIceGuro and other known Dak/Cowboy haters advice. But that's just me. :)

And I didn't say all of his INT's either. You know which ones I'm talking about, or you're just like those anti-Dak/Cowboy haters I mentioned.

Oh yeah? What HOF, that isn't now a Cowboys homer, saying Dak is playing outstanding football? Analytical sites aren't saying it, biggest fanboy Jerry Jones wants it cleaned up and if that's not enough for you: Dak himself says it's his fault and he needs to fix it.

This isn’t an anti-Dak thread. He clearly is the one that can take us all the way, or an early exit depending on his play.

The disturbing pattern for me is that the interceptions seem to only be occurring when we are deep in our own territory. Often right before end of the half.

While it sucks to turn the ball over when you could have put points on the board. To me it is even worse when you do so where the opposing team can get easy points.

I guess my question is. What psychologically is different for him in this situation? Is he trying to be over cautious and therefore allowing DBs to jump routes. Or is he trying to force things that aren’t there, realizing that punting from deep in your own territory is poor field position management. Is it the play calls themselves being different?

He has never learned to just throw it away when it’s not there. Can they teach him to run more in those situations?

Does anyone see the same thing, and can better explain it. Or is it just coincidence?
He threw one in the Packers end zone when we played them, so it's not just our own end.

Do last years stats. Do Career stats. Dak is a better passing QB then Hurtz. Sorry if that offends you.
Not offended at all. Can we carry over wins from last year? That sure would be nice wouldn't it. Don't be such a homer. Hurts is having a better year than Dak to this point. Not so hard to understand, is it?

show me the other 30 starers bet daks top 10 NO MATTER how any fan tries to not be woke enough to see it.,.not one. that impartial picking one of the mvp types and that your comp. having a top10 franchise qb is blessing not a curse, if the fanbase can see that they can stop *****ing over him not being truly elite.
Simply pointing out that at this point Hurts has better passing and rushing numbers. Is there a forum where we can post about past years performances and pretend that they are current?

Exactly. Everything is Dak’s fault. The last 27 years all his fault. Never mind he was a toddler for a portion of that time.
I think he’ll be ok, he’s got the commercials and the killer hairline, i think they give the players free Gatorade on the sidelines too

Dak is a better passing QB then Hurts. It's literally all I said. I never said anything about which player is having a better year.

Well, it looks like he is perfecting them. I mean, you can't teach that.

Josh Allen has had a poor year, I like him a lot and I will admit that. Mahomes, well if you make enough plays like he does, 7 Int's pale in comparison.

Why did Romo get trashed every time he threw a pick and get picked on by the media at every turn? You have your answer as to why!
I guess compared to what we expect of him--being top 2-- it might be "poor".

I get that the last 4-5 games he has been playing injured and his play has suffered some, but its all relative.
I mean, he has been WAY better then our guy in every way.

He's 3rd in QBR, and 5th in Total TDs - Total Turnovers (+16)
Dak is 19th in QBR and is 19th in TDs-Turnovers (+6)

Not on the same planet this year....not that you were arguing they were....just highlighting it.

Prescott: 2022 stats: 66.9 comp % | 14 TD | 9 INT | 7.4 YPA | 52.5 QBR
Hurts: 2022 stats: 68.0 comp % | 22 TD | 3 INT | 8.1 YPA | 70.4 QBR
This may help:
NEUTRAL
adjective
  1. 1.
not helping or supporting either side in a disagreement, etc.; impartial.
Hurts, in year 2, is having a better year than Dak has ever had….just passing the ball.
