i would prefer less yards but quality wins. that said he has not been the problem we have struggled with this year yet we are a run first team. We need to save him and run as much as possible instead of the other way around. We are not built for shootouts.

Everybody cried and moaned when Dak put up small #s and we were winning . Nobody was satisfied with moving the chains controlling the clock and protecting our defense .

They wanted ROMO BALL and now they have it. Big stats that lead to 8-8 . Dak proved he can do everything Tony could do and more when necessary in making it happen with his legs . Dak also proved that unbalanced passing attack is a failed freaking process no matter if it is him or Tony running it .

Close to 50 attempts 350 yrds passing a couple TDs and a BIG FAT LLLLLLLL Romo ball at its finest
Lmao dude hit the nail right on the head

Tom Brady is the only QB in NFL history with a winning record when attempting 50 or more passes.

Every other QB in NFL history has a losing record when the # of pass attempts gets that high. Peyton Manning, Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees, all lose most of the time when they throw a lot. Obviously old guys played in an era where nobody would attempt that, but even with lax rules on passing in the modern era going 100% to the air is a loser's play.

Even if you think Dak is good or even great, if the team puts Dak in that situation it means they've comprehensively failed, because that's true for everybody ever except Brady himself.

The fact that he "only" attempted exactly 49 passes in each of the last two games doesn't change the basic point.
Too much logic and reasoning here gonna be hard for some to comprehend that
