Justin Herbert missed the playoffs, and Dak’s Cowboys beat him head-to-head.

Rank them wherever you’d like. Herbert’s potential is sky high and he’s clearly very talented physically.

Thus far, Dak has the upper hand where it matters - on the football field.

I do love seeing Dak’s haters in shambles, like they are in this thread.

OK Ill trade today and try to survive with Herbert:facepalm:

I like Hebert as well. However, Dak lead the NFL in last drive wins in clutch performances his first 3 years in the NFL. Hebert performs poorly in 4th quarters and the 2nd half of the year. Not sure what that means or if it means anything.

Its clear that Hebert has more natural ability while is the better leader and clutch player at this time. Not really worried about it with Hebert. If I had to pick a QB to take for my team it would be Hebert for the upside.

I'm not sure watching Dak repeatedly implode under pressure is exactly "proving it on the field".

I just enjoy watching him launch
Dak is a run and shoot, Herbert is a pure passer.
I like Dak in the 2016 offense , I hate him in the pocket.

I'd take Herbert every day of the week over Dak...
We all know what happens to Dakota Toad Hunter Prescot when he is staring down the face of a real defense, he does his disappearing act which would do well in a Vegas show, but this is the NFL and this disappearing act is getting real old, especially after the way the Boys finished the second half of last season.

There is not 1 human being on Earth who would take Herbert’s 15-17 record over Dak’s 53-32 record.

We’ll see who has the better career when it’s all said and done. Let’s see if Herbert can pop his playoff appearance cherry in year 3.

Dak's rookie year and each year after has had one of the better roster's in the league. Herbert came to a team that was 5-11 the season before his arrival.

Dak probably had a much better record overall than Payton Manning did after year 3 or 4 also.

Nobody said anything about taking the record, we were talking about the player. And only a total Dak homer would take Dak over Herbert if you were starting a team tomorrow and those were your 2 QB choices.

Dak - 2
Herbert - 1

Dak hits the rim on all his shots tho (meaning his receiver in all likelihood catches those). Herbert misses air on the majority of his shots.

Dak has had the upper hand on the field because the results were horrible when Dak is not surrounded by the best RB, oline, WRs, etc., in the NFCE. Dak’s short-comings caused the team to overcompensate with their investments on the offensive side of the ball. Herbert has never had the luxury of having position group after position group that ranks among the best in the O
