Then Dak has lost the plot. This is the irrational confidence facade that Dak maintains until playoff reality slaps him in the face. I saw Joe Montana. My very first memories of football is that damned "catch" by Dwight Clark. Dak is NO Montana.

The thing about Montana is..he was clutch. He was clutch at Notre Dame. He was clutch in the NFL. He was clutch in SBs. Coaches DREADED Montana. GBs defense was EAGER to face Dak. No fear.

They have a really long way to go before they're in the Montana/Rice covvo, let alone Manning/Harrison, Brady/Gronk, or even Ryan/Jones. Dak is no spring chicken. Less talk, more putting it to practice on the field. I appreciate the confidence, but the right to be part of that conversation hasn't been earned.

The last 28 years of playoffs futility has taught me tha such talk is meaningless. Big talk from Dak or Micah just shows the shallow nature of their humility.
